#RefettorioFelix incredible day for Kai today to be cooking and creating food from surplus and bringing dignity back to the table in west London. The idea of Refettorio Felix was conceived by Food for Soul, a non-profit organisation founded by renowned chef Massimo Bottura that fights against food waste in support of social inclusion and individual well-being.

Jess Murphy was honoured to be invited by Massimo Bottura to create and cook today. She represented Ireland and New Zealand well today.
Along with volunteers from St Cuthberts, Anna Hansen, Nassim, Jess and Dave cooked a lunch for close to 100 vulnerable members of the community as part @thefelixprojectwestlondon Food For The Soul.
” It is a unique project for bringing together both public and private organisations, as well as professionals from diverse fields to create a welcoming dining space that can benefit the whole community.By infusing the refettorio with art and design, we want to engage guests in a holistic approach to nourishment:feeding body and soul.”
